Hi, I'm Monique Reiche and I'm a Melbourne-based upcoming fashion designer, my work celebrates my love of both Art and Fashion and I'm the founder of "MONIQUE VICTORIA".

From a young age I have always been interested in the fashion field, making up my mind at just 6 years of age to one day partake in a position at a fashion brand. I found my interest in fashion design by cutting up and redesigning my own barbie doll clothes.

I was greatly influenced by my late great uncle; Roy Mills; whom was a dressmaker, he used to create beautiful garments, the most iconic piece being my mothers wedding dress, many clothes he created were for me to wear as a toddler. His passion for dressmaking and designing was passed down to me as I continue his legacy, you could say that fashion and sewing is in my blood.

I started my journey of learning fashion in high school which I then continued my studies on fashion into University. I studied at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) where I completed the "Associate Degree in Fashion Design and Technology" and the "Bachelor of Fashion Design (Technology) with exceedingly high marks.
